TechPulse maintains TTR-2026, certifies the people who apply it, authorizes the firms that deliver it, and runs the public register that records the result. That is the whole business, and the boundaries around it are deliberate.
TechPulse was founded by engineers and technology leaders who spent years building, scaling and auditing software products - from early-stage startups to enterprise platforms. We built the standard we wished existed when investors asked “how’s the tech?” and the only honest answer was “it depends.”
The TTR-2026 methodology is the result of hundreds of real-world assessments distilled into a repeatable, defensible framework. No opinions - just structured evidence and business math.
The standard is published under CC BY-ND 4.0, which means anyone can read it, apply it commercially, and challenge the scoring logic in public. We gave up the option of competing on a secret methodology, because a measure nobody can inspect is not a measure - it is a sales tool.

The platform behind the register is being built under an EU-funded project, with declared outcomes including increased transparency in technology investment processes and a reduction in technology maturity assessment time from 4-6 weeks to 1-2 weeks.
