The controller of your personal data is TechPulse Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Białystok, Poland (hereinafter “TechPulse”, “we”, or “us”).

2. What data we collect

We collect data that you voluntarily provide through forms on our website:

  • Contact form: name, work email, company (optional), area of interest, message (optional)
  • Waitlist forms (Audit Studio, Templates): name, work email, company, role, reason for interest
  • Standard download form: name, work email, company, role, reason for interest

3. Purpose and legal basis

4. Data recipients and transfers

Your data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

  • Cloud infrastructure provider: Amazon Web Services (AWS), which may process data in the EU and/or USA. AWS participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • Analytics provider: Google LLC (Google Analytics). See our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

  • Contact inquiries: up to 12 months after the last interaction
  • Waitlist data: until the product launches and you are notified, or until you withdraw consent
  • Download requests: up to 12 months
  • Analytics data: per Google Analytics retention settings (up to 14 months)

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability – receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority – Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls, and secure cloud storage.

8. Children

Our services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
