These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by TechPulse Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Białystok, Poland (“TechPulse”, “we”, or “us”).

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Services description

TechPulse provides:

• The TTR-2026 Tech Readiness™ Standard — a methodology for evaluating technology team readiness
• Audit Templates — downloadable audit template packages
• Audit Studio — an online audit platform (currently in development / waitlist)
• Advisory and audit services — consulting engagements delivered under separate agreements

Specific services may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of purchase or engagement.

3. User obligations

When using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in forms
• Use the website and its content only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
• Not scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the website in an automated manner without our prior written consent

5. Waitlists and forms

By joining a waitlist or submitting a form, you consent to TechPulse storing your data and contacting you regarding the specific product or inquiry. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at contact@tech-pulse.org.

Joining a waitlist does not create an obligation to purchase nor does it guarantee availability, pricing, or features of any future product.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The website will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The content is complete, accurate, or up-to-date at all times
• The results obtained from using our methodology or services will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to TechPulse in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
